The Pilchuck tree farm surrounds the property and offers miles of trails​

The main barn was built over 100 years ago​ and has a charming character with hand hewn cedar structure inside. In 1980, the Blockley family converted the barn into a horse facility.

The arenas
-
70' X 200' covered arena with viewing bleachers is surrounded by a 15' covered aisle to provide a separate weather-protected warm-up and cool-out circuit.​ The arena is laser leveled sand and shredded rubber footing.

Adjoining is a full-size outdoor sand arena with sand and rubber footing with a solid base that allows the arena to be used all year in any weather.

Arenas are groomed regularly with the track racked daily.

Individualized horse care​

All boarders and training horses are afforded individual daily turnout in pastures, paddock or dry lots​ depending on the season.

All feeding programs are individualized and change with the seasons.

Soaked beet pulp or soaked alfalfa pellets is a feed option in addition to the variety of feeds available.

Owner-prepared packets or Smart Pak supplements are fed daily.

Late night hay feeding and barn check is done to prevent colic episodes.
